Tabula Rasa is still a work in progress. As it will be much more difficult to implement changes to game's systems after it opens, we will be fine-tuning everything throughout the month of June to try and make it the best game it can be. If there's anything you feel needs adjusting before the game opens, now is the time to share it.

If you have any comments, suggestions or concerns you'd like to bring up before the game opens in July, please leave them on this post. You may also use this post to give general feedback on aspects of the game that you like or dislike. All feedback is appreciated, no matter how big or small!

Not a concern but more a clarification request: "TDM BONUS: 1 thread from the TDM that was not started by you, and has at least 5 comments from your character posted during the activity period (max 1)" This wording has me a little confused bc I'm reading it as you can only get credit for it if someone tags into a thing you do, which means you'd have to toplevel at every TDM for a chance to get it, but now I'm wondering if you meant you can only get credit for tagging into other people's toplevels? I'm just confused bc a thread not started by you (i.e. what would happen when you tag into someone else) seems like it'd be what you'd want to incentivize so I'm wondering if I got mixed up and wanted to be sure which you meant!

Hi! Having read all the game info, I'm a little concerned about the Imprint system as is. I feel that the cost of the imprints is prohibitively high or the limit of earned influence points is prohibitively low. Fixing either might help, but my current issue is this:

The most any person can earn per month is 15 points, and that's if they do everything correct and if a TDM is posted. Given that and ignoring "regain items" for the types of imprints that are meant to be the draw of the game for scenery/species/object or concept the soonest anyone can request a Scenery, Species, or Object would be three months into the game - the month after earning 25 points - if they spend no points on anything else for two months. The soonest anyone can get a Concept would be four months into the game -the month after earning 40 points - if they may no other purchases whatsoever for three months.

While a higher cap of earned points or a lower cost would mitigate this issue, right now it seems like players wouldn't be able to play with the main hook of the game often if ever and if they do want to do the actual game-changing things the game is built on they would never be able to do smaller item purchases at all. While I overall like the system and what I've read I wanted to bring up this concern about "even a very active player who gets every point possible will not be able to play with concepts more than four times a year if that and if they did those four concepts they couldn't do anything else".
