New Location: The Chicago L Station
Only a brisk walk away from the Merlaut Apartments, the Chicago L Station is situated on an elevated platform above tree level near the edge of Mortis Forest. A plain staircase leads up to the platform, which features metal benches, trash cans, hanging lamps, and a few pay phones. Posters along the back of the station show off various colorful advertisements for other establishments within the world, though all the text besides the names of places are largely nonsensical.

A short passenger train has been stopped at the station. It is currently unable to be moved, though it's possible to enter the train or walk along the elevated tracks. The inside of the train cars are plain with basic seating and rails to hold on to. There is no space for a conductor since the train is meant to be controlled automatically.

A poster near the staircase shows a map of the area outlining the trains routes. Currently, there is only one line and two stops: the Chicago L Station and Shibumenosaki Underground Academy.

The "Blue Line" runs along the edge of the forest for a while before taking a sharp turn straight down into the ground, where it appears that a large tunnel has been dug into the forest floor. The tracks level out and continue underground for a long distance before the dirt transitions into the featureless white surface of the void. The entrance to Shibumenosaki Underground Academy can be found along this route. The tunnel continues for a short distance beyond this point before ending abruptly at a solid wall hidden behind a huge pile of construction signs.

The Chicago L: Damien Brenks (WATCH_DOGS)

New Location: Shibumenosaki Underground Academy
Following the L train’s Blue Line tracks into the underground tunnel will eventually lead into what appears to be the front entrance to the campus of a prestigious academic institution. The plaque on the front of the outer walls lining the property reads “Shibumenosaki Underground Academy”, and leads into a courtyard with an eye-catching fountain at its center. Surrounding the courtyard are various faculty buildings, ripe for exploring.

The interior of the buildings looks like a well-kept Japanese high school, though it does feel a bit spacious. The hallways are decorated with banners and flyers that advertise sales with nonsensical, random slogans - “7.233% OFF!”, “BUY 9 GET 27 FREE!”, “NOTHING MUST GO!”, and the like. Staircases are styled like escalators, though they remain motionless and must be climbed as normal. Each standard classroom is stocked like a shop, with desks stacked up like shelves to display wares. Said wares, however, aren’t very diverse - clothing shops are abundant, but they sell nothing but the same school uniforms (albeit in different colors and sizes, for the fashionably conscious); similarly, shoe stores contain only the same style of school-sanctioned loafers. Some rooms have nothing in them at all aside from stacks of empty desks and chairs, with signs in front of them that are labeled in complete gibberish.

There are some rooms, however, that stand out among the generic shops. What is labeled as the music room appears to be a combination instrument and record store, though the CDs and vinyls in stock only contain the same few songs the world understands as “music”. A grand piano at the front of the room is being used to store extra stock, though it otherwise functions as normal.

The jewellery store only has individual diamonds and red, blue or yellow gemstones of various shapes and sizes in its displays. The shop also contains a wall of gatchapon machines that have slots that fit the gems being sold in the shop. However, all of the capsules inside appear to be empty. Inserting the gems and turning the crank will simply dispense an empty capsule every time, with no sign of getting your gem back.

The nurse’s office contains various cosmetic products, but also has displays for anatomically-correct models of skeletal, muscular, and organic systems. The model labelled “person” is the upper half of a human, but the spaces for models labeled “dragon” and “machine” remain vacant.

The cafeteria is structured as a sort of self-serve grocery store, containing prepackaged meals, bottled drinks (all labeled generically as Sports Drink), candy, and baked goods you’d expect at a school cafeteria that rotate on a seemingly random basis. The only item that seems to stay consistent are small jars labeled “Honey Pickled Lemons”.

Across from the main classroom building is the Auditorium Hall, which contains a giant room filled with rows upon rows of seating. At the very front of the room is a large stage with several round targets set up for archery practice. Bows, arrows, violins, and various other stringed instruments can be found in abundance backstage.

A set of double doors at the far end of the larger faculty building leads to the gymnasium, but there is nothing inside of it to note besides two basketball hoops and nonsensical boundary lines painted on the floor.

Shibuya Underground Mall: Ann Takamaki (Persona 5 Royal)
Yumenosaki Private Academy: Leo Tsukinaga (Ensemble Stars!)

New Location: The Sky
The sky above the known world is vibrant and chaotic, filled with constantly shifting colors, swirls and spirals that doodle about the sky in random patterns. Instead of clouds, random shapes and objects float in the air high above the land, just as inclined to appear, change, adjust and disappear as the rest of the sky is, not unlike some great celestial lava lamp. These floating objects are solid (most of the time) and can be climbed upon by those able to reach them. Currently, the only part of the land close enough to touch these sky objects is the very peak of Mount Silver.

In the areas of the world that stretch out into the void, the edge of the sky can be seen. The bright colors and shapes gradually fade away, turning back to into plain, blank white.

Updated Location: Mount Silver
The faster route is a system of caves that go straight through the base of the mountain - unfortunately, the terrain is exceedingly difficult and requires a great deal of climbing and swimming to navigate. However, there are lines of lightbulbs planted into the ground that give off a consistent, bright glow to help guide a path, and level walkways are under construction to make the passage safer. An abundance of small colorful fish can be found in the mountain's rivers, though they seem strangely absent from all other bodies of water within the world. The deepest areas of the cave can only be reached by ascending waterfalls or crossing fast-moving rivers that lead out to Takoba Beach. At the center of the mountain, most easily accessed from the beach-side entrance, is a wider cave area containing the Wall Market.

Updated Location: Shrine Bridge
Behind the Heavenly Blanc is a beaten dirt path that goes along the edge of the forest, ending at a river. The other side of the riverbank transitions straight into the void, and the river acts as a division between it and the forest. One end of the river flows out from within the caverns of Mount Silver, and the other end continues for the full length of the forest before transitioning seamlessly into the blank terrain of the void. On the Mount Silver side, a small patch of earth has been cleared for flowers that have been transplanted from the USJ's gardens.

New Species: ????
A bipedal creature that possesses both reptilian and avian qualities that may or may not be related to the smaller, similarly nude critters found in the world. The main differences of this breed come in their rotund bodies, large facial features, sparse plumage, taloned feet, and beaks lined with sharp teeth. They come in several varieties of feather colors, but this appears to be purely cosmetic. Those with the largest head feathers are considered the leaders of the small herds that they travel within.

Despite their intimidating appearances, they are normally docile in the wild. However, they have quite the competitive streak and can often be found in open plains challenging each other in tests of speed and agility. Outside of these activities they can also be found lingering around subway tracks and stations, though why they choose to do this remains a mystery.

Taming these free-spirited beasts is an exercise in patience thanks to their initial stoicism and stubbornness, but it is possible! Once bonded to a person, they will slowly open up and become the most loyal of companions, gladly offering them rides on their backs (heads?). With enough training, they can also be used for feats of physical labor.
