Parsee and Legion are doing a little experiment. Since she can 'see in' a little better on Legion's chest cavity than she could a person's stomach, she's watching to see if she can see any of the stuff he 'eats' getting 'digested.' She's wanting to know if it kind of bubbles away like void goop/papery sorts of stuff.
