With the new changes to the world state regarding light, do things that emit light still work? Flashlights, lighters, cell phones, etc. I'm not sure if we have access to setting things on fire yet, but if we do, would that create light inside?

And finally to follow-up the previous, as a place of business the original Leblanc would have had at least one flashlight in case of power outages. Would that still be present in Heavenly Blanc or should we assume it just didn't make it into the smash-up? Thank you!
