More seriously though, a summary of Merlin's abilities can be found in his app, but the short version is that he's a powerful mage with particular affinity for both illusions and plants, and his incubus heritage grants him the ability to feed on emotions and influence/control dreams. He WILL be taking full advantage of these abilities upon finding himself able to... but because it's Merlin, this is just as likely to mean creating elaborate arcadian dreamscapes as it is to mean causing trouble. Similarly, he'll absolutely be feeding on what emotions they can... but not necessarily targeting/drawing from any one person in particular, if at all.
All of which means a few things:
1. If you do want to do something specific taking advantage of Merlin's powers, let me know! 2. If you want/need a character to tell your character that this IS a dream, that can be either arranged or handwaved, just let me know. 3. If you want to assume Merlin's influence is present in a thread (temporary changes to the dreamscape, feeling strangely drained from having emotions fed on, etc) you can feel free to handwave/include it in your own threads if you want. I'd appreciate a heads up/link, but generally speaking you don't need to ask first.
